Job Description
**Job Title:** Management Learning & Development Consultant **Role Summary:** Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global leadership development programs for senior leaders, aligning learning initiatives with business strategy and measurable performance outcomes. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑impact, blended learning experiences for director‑level and senior leaders worldwide. - Maintain program consistency, quality, and relevance across multiple brands and markets. - Drive data‑based analysis of learning effectiveness and influence strategic talent decisions. - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, embedding leadership frameworks into talent planning and succession. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, launch, and evolve the Leadership Mastery, Manager’s Toolkit, and Leadership Academy programs. - Facilitate workshops and virtual sessions, ensuring engagement and actionable learning for senior audiences. - Conduct training needs analysis using 360 feedback, RevOps data, and Power BI dashboards. - Provide executive coaching and mentoring to high‑potential leaders and succession candidates. - Present insights and recommendations on leadership capability to senior stakeholders and workforce planning teams. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience designing and delivering senior‑level leadership development in a commercial or recruitment environment. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in‑person and virtual formats. - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into learning solutions. - Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, and performance analytics platforms. - Coaching experience or certification (e.g., Executive Coaching) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Executive Coaching (preferred).
