Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary Business Analyst supporting the Implementation Department for a global mobile banking platform. Works in an agile environment to translate business needs into technical requirements, develop quotes, statements of work, and discovery documents, and ensures compliance with security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies. Expectations - Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in an online banking or financial services setting, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience. - Proficiency in Salesforce data management (preferred). - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities - Conduct interviews with SMEs, financial institution representatives, and technical staff to gather and validate data. - Define, document, and communicate business requirements and dataflows to development teams, facilitating level‑of‑effort estimates. - Create, edit, and maintain quotes, statements of work (SOW), and other discovery‑type documents for implementation projects. - Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring clear scope and deliverables. - Operate effectively within agile processes, participating in sprint planning and reviews. - Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls. - Produce and update documentation in Microsoft Office suite; maintain project artifacts. Required Skills - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. - Detail‑oriented with exceptional follow‑through, organization, and multitasking capability. - Familiarity with the project management lifecycle and financial services domain. - Agile methodology experience. - Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is preferred. - Knowledge of RFP processes and documentation. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field **or** equivalent experience. - Advanced degree preferred with 3+ years experience. - Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): PMP, CBAP, Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator.
