Job Description: Job title: CFD Intern – Summer Student Role Summary: Assist the engineering team by conducting Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis for air distribution products, calibrating models, creating CAD geometry, and standardizing CFD procedures. Expactations: - Deliver accurate CFD results within project timelines. - Communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional teams. - Continuously improve modeling practices and contribute to product development. Key Responsibilities: - Perform CFD simulations using ANSYS CFX (or equivalent). - Calibrate models for existing diffusers and validate results. - Develop and maintain standard CAD geometry for CFD and engineering projects. - Document and standardize CFD modeling procedures. - Interpret simulation results and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong foundation in mathematics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. - Experience with CFD software (ANSYS CFX, Fluent, or equivalent). - Proficiency in solid modeling tools (SolidWorks or similar). - High attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Quick learning ability in a technical environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication.
