VP, Growth Marketing
**Role Summary**
Senior growth marketing executive charged with owning and scaling the company’s end‑to‑end customer acquisition engine. Oversees $50M+ annual marketing spend, drives measurable ROI, CAC efficiency, LTV growth, and brand health across paid and organic channels. Leads cross‑functional partnerships with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Business Units to align growth strategy with product roadmap and business goals.
**Expactations**
- Deliver annual growth targets and maintain disciplined CAC, ROI, LTV, and payback metrics.
- Scale marketing operations and teams to support global expansion and new product launches.
- Provide transparent, data‑driven reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategy across paid search, paid social, display, mobile/app, affiliates, influencers, SEO, and other organic channels.
- Build scalable growth operating models, measurement frameworks, and execution excellence.
- Lead and mentor performance marketing, experimentation, and optimization teams.
- Allocate and optimize the $50M+ budget, set guardrails for CAC, ROI, LTV, and payback.
- Partner with analytics for attribution, funnel visibility, and performance reporting.
- Identify, test, and scale new growth levers while balancing short‑term performance with long‑term brand health.
- Drive expansion into new markets and regions, aligning marketing plans with local business units.
- Ensure rigorous experimentation, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement of frameworks.
**Required Skills**
- 12+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing with proven D2C scale.
- Experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Leadership experience building, scaling, and mentoring high‑performance teams.
- Advanced analytical mindset: proficiency in data analysis, attribution, funnel modeling, and KPI setting.
- Deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition channels (search, social, display, mobile, affiliate, influencer, SEO).
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Business Units.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced certifications preferred: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent marketing analytics credentials.
