Job Title Information Security Analyst Role Summary Provide continuous monitoring, management, and improvement of an organization’s security posture. Protect IT infrastructure, respond to incidents, maintain security tools, and promote security awareness across the organization. Expectations - Demonstrates a strong passion for cybersecurity and a desire to learn continuously. - Collaborates effectively with security, IT support, and infrastructure teams. - Communicates security policies and practices clearly to non‑technical staff. - Acts proactively to anticipate and mitigate emerging threats. Key Responsibilities - Monitor security infrastructure (firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS) and analyze alerts from SIEM and monitoring tools. - Investigate and resolve security incidents, implementing corrective actions and coordinating with stakeholders. - Install, configure, and maintain security software and services. - Manage secure remote access (VPN, RDP) and enforce M365 security policies, including DLP implementation. - Draft and update security procedures, policies, and documentation. - Lead or assist in security awareness and training campaigns for employees. - Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence to guide preventive measures.
