**Job Title**: Lead ServiceNow Developer – HRSD, ITSM
**Role Summary**
Lead architect, design, implementation, testing, and support of ServiceNow solutions with an emphasis on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Drive delivery excellence, mentor teammates, and ensure high‑quality, scalable, integrated ServiceNow deployments for enterprise clients.
**Expectations**
- Own the full SDLC for HRSD/ITSM projects: estimation, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Deliver architectural solutions that integrate ServiceNow with HR, finance, and other enterprise systems.
- Actively mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Champion best practices, performance tuning, security, and AI‑enhanced workflow design.
- Communicate progress, risks, and status to stakeholders, and maintain clear documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead technical planning, requirements capture, estimation, and project scheduling.
2. Design system architecture, data models, and integration flow for HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and other modules.
3. Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards (SSO, SAML, LDAP, SSL, OAuth, REST, SOAP, ODBC, SCP, FTPS).
4. Configure and customize Employee Center, HRSD workspace, Manager Hub, COEs, HR lifecycle events, virtual agents, and topic conversations.
5. Produce architecture diagrams, design specs, configuration guides, and technical documentation.
6. Conduct system performance assessments, tuning, and continuous improvement activities.
7. Design and implement integrations with major HR platforms (Workday, UKG Pro, Rippling, etc.) and other enterprise services.
8. Build and iterate UI components: widgets, portal pages, AngularJS, UI Actions, Client Scripts, UI Pages.
9. Leverage AI tools to augment workflow efficiency, analytics, and decision support; stay current on AI ethics and limitations.
10. Coordinate with solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD (HRSD CIS/HRSD Suite certification).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related modules.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth, REST, SOAP, ODBC, and secure integration practices.
- ServiceNow scripting expertise: JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, AngularJS, UI Pages.
- Proven integration design and implementation (ServiceNow ↔ Workday, UKG Pro, Rippling, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI‑enhanced workflow tools and ethical considerations.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- ServiceNow HRSD CIS or HRSD Suite certification required; additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) considered a plus.
