**Job title:** Senior Program Manager (TechOps)
**Role summary:**
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi‑year technology transformation programs across finance, HR, sales, privacy, and security domains. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring alignment, governance, and measurable impact of enterprise initiatives.
**Expectations:**
* Execute full‑cycle programs from business case development to operational handoff.
* Maintain rigorous program governance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting ROI targets.
* Foster cross‑functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement, including AI/automation opportunities.
**Key responsibilities:**
1. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives such as ERP transformations (Oracle, Anaplan), HCM implementations (Workday, Greenhouse), CRM rollouts (Salesforce), and privacy/security programs (GDPR, CCPA).
2. Conduct strategic planning sessions, prioritize roadmaps, and align program objectives with corporate goals.
3. Manage program governance: bi‑weekly/monthly reviews, risk assessments, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
4. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, IT, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Finance, HR, and business operations.
5. Oversee technology lifecycle: vendor selection, contract negotiations, system integrations, and migration/sunset planning.
6. Drive operational excellence initiatives (infrastructure optimization, process automation, disaster recovery, performance monitoring).
7. Manage program budgets (> $1M annually), track ROI, and optimize resource allocation.
8. Champion AI and automation initiatives, identifying and implementing generative‑AI solutions for process optimization.
**Required skills:**
* 8+ years in transformation program management (operations consulting, strategy, or enterprise technology).
* 6+ years leading enterprise technology delivery (ERP, HCM, CRM, privacy, or security initiatives).
* Proven full‑cycle transformation experience (business case, implementation, change management, handoff).
* Strong executive communication; ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and translate technical/regulatory requirements into business impact.
* Experience with privacy/security programs (GDPR/CCPA, security frameworks, identity management, data governance).
* Vendor management, complex procurement, and budget oversight (> $1M).
* Cross‑functional team leadership (IT, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Finance, HR).
* Business acumen: strategic needs assessment, planning, and alignment with partners.
* AI/automation mindset; experience implementing AI/automation solutions.
* Empathetic leadership, strong self‑awareness, and collaboration skills.
**Required education & certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Professional certification in Program Management (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent) and/or relevant technology domains (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, security/privacy).
