Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager (F/H) **Role Summary:** Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption by guiding clients through onboarding, providing ongoing support, resolving incidents, and advocating their needs internally. **Expectations:** - Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Deliver measurable improvements in product usage and client outcomes. - Act as the primary point of contact for all customer success activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients across all business units. - Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and training, ensuring smooth adoption of solutions. - Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer incidents in collaboration with internal teams. - Collect and analyze customer feedback; propose continuous product and service enhancements. - Produce regular reports on customer health, usage metrics, and impact of improvement initiatives. - Represent the voice of the customer in cross‑functional discussions. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Success or similar role. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer service tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in French (English optional). - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Customer Success, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
