Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Business Analyst responsible for supporting data centre, storage, and infrastructure migration programmes. Focuses on ensuring applications and services are fully understood, validated, and ready for transition, rather than only gathering requirements. Works centrally in migration delivery to align technical readiness with business objectives. Expectations: Deliver comprehensive migration readiness assessments, documentation, and stakeholder approvals that enable smooth cutover execution. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Application Owners and technical teams to capture and verify application readiness for migration. • Document application dependencies, operational procedures, and business impact assessments. • Support migration planning, aligning activities with cutover schedules and readiness gate criteria. • Engage stakeholders to secure approvals, manage risk, and facilitate change governance processes (CAB). Required Skills: • Proven Business Analysis experience in data centre, infrastructure, or storage migration projects. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technical teams. • Knowledge of change governance frameworks (e.g., CAB) and migration planning concepts. • Ability to translate technical details into clear business communications. • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is highly desirable. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Business Analysis or Project Management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑ACP) are advantageous.
