Project Manager
**Role Summary**
An intermediate-level Project Manager responsible for leading IT and digital business initiatives, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
**Expectations**
- Deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Apply Agile and other methodologies with proven success.
- Maintain clear project documentation and governance.
- Provide accurate status, risk, and financial reporting to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define project scope, objectives, and governance documentation.
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
3. Monitor progress, identify risks/roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Produce regular status updates, risk assessment reports, and financial forecasts.
5. Facilitate stakeholder meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action items.
6. Track deliverables against performance metrics and progress reports.
7. Support or lead projects on enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
8. Coordinate with platform administrators, developers, and business users.
9. Ensure timely availability and allocation of project resources.
10. Assist senior leaders in achieving strategic objectives through effective oversight.
**Required Skills**
- Project management frameworks: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Project Online, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.
- Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Data analysis for performance monitoring.
- Budget creation, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP certification (or equivalent university credit).
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience with 3+ years as an intermediate project manager on complex IT/Digital initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years using Microsoft Project Management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
