**Job Title** Consultant(e) Expert Opentext - DOCUMENTUM F/H **Role Summary** A technical consultant specialising in OpenText Documentum. Partner with enterprise clients to design, implement, and modernise digital transformation projects centred on Documentum-based content management, ensuring high‑security, cloud‑ready deployments and knowledge transfer to client teams. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end project activities (scoping, design, integration, go‑live) in V‑cycle or Agile environments. - Act autonomously or as part of multidisciplinary teams. - Provide technical input in pre‑sales and production phases, drafting detailed specifications. - Mentor client staff and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct workshops and needs‑gathering with key stakeholders. - Design Documentum solutions (Documentum, D2, Webtop, xCP) aligned with client architecture. - Lead integration of Documentum services into existing environments, including cloud and security components. - Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials. - Test, validate and troubleshoot deployments; manage issue resolution. - Participate in continuous improvement of product offerings and technology roadmaps. - Support post‑implementation knowledge transfer and client adoption. **Required Skills** - Proven experience architecting/implementing OpenText Documentum platforms. - Strong Java/J2EE development skills. - Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). - Experience with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools. - Knowledge of other enterprise content management systems (e.g., C6, xECM, Content Server, Nuxeo) is an advantage. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Documentum Foundation Certification (preferred). - Documentum Consultant Certification (preferred). - Documentum D2 Consultant Certification (preferred). - Documentum Administrator Certification (preferred).

Job title: SAP VIM / Vendor Invoice Management Expert (Senior) Role Summary: Senior technical–functional consultant specializing in electronic supplier invoice dematerialisation and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA via OpenText VIM. Drives end‑to‑end project lifecycle – scoping, workshops, design, integration, support, knowledge transfer, and post‑go‑live operations. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality VIM solutions for large‑scale invoice processing projects. • Collaborate across business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with SAP FI/MM/CO processes. • Mentor users, document best practices, and provide continuous improvement recommendations. • Be proactive on technology trends, especially in SAP workflow, Fiori, and electronic invoicing regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead solution workshops, prepare functional specifications, and translate business needs into technical designs. - Configure and extend OpenText VIM, SAP Workflow, and SAP PDAP for invoice capture, validation, approval, and archiving. - Develop and maintain ABAP, IDOCs, Fiori apps, LSMW profiles, and integration scripts (SQL, Java, C#) to support invoice lifecycle. - Perform data migration, mapping, and quality checks for MIRO, FB60, ME21N transactions. - Conduct unit/functional testing, oversee UAT, and manage issue resolution in collaboration with technical teams. - Provide post‑implementation support, monitor system performance, and drive defect resolution. - Ensure compliance with electronic invoicing regulations and company archiving standards (OpenText Archive Server, ArchiveLink). - Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to end‑users and sustain user documentation. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, technology reviews, and propose enhancements. Required Skills: - Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI, MM, CO, SD, PP, WM, QM, DRC, and BTP modules. - Strong ABAP, IDOC, Fiori, LSMW, SQL, Java, and C# development skills. - Proven experience with OpenText VIM, SAP PDAP, ArchiveLink, Doculink, and SAP Business Workflow. - Familiarity with SAP Office, SAP Connect, SAP BW, PDP, and Office integration tools. - Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to synthesize complex requirements. - Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and user training. - Adaptability, teamwork, and proactive technology scouting. - Knowledge of electronic invoicing regulations and P2P processes. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s/Engineering degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (self‑taught professionals accepted). - Strong preference for SAP or OpenText certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM certification); candidates without certifications should be willing to obtain them. - Proficient in English (written and spoken).
