**Job Title:** Technical Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate complex, cross‑functional technical programs for web‑based applications and products. Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage requirements, track timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication throughout the program lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, resource needs, and constraints with business partners.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and baselines.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to enforce consistent Agile processes at scale.
- Manage relationships, build trust, and communicate expectations to all stakeholders.
- Drive program execution, monitor progress, manage scope and risks, and resolve blockers.
- Conduct progress reviews, produce status reports, and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 6 years of technical program or project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering engineering/software programs from inception to launch.
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise; hands‑on with Jira (required) and familiarity with JQL, Confluence, Airtable, Monday.com, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred).
- Agile, Scrum, or Lean certifications are a plus (e.g., CSM, PMP, SAFe).
