Job Description

**Job Title:** Learning and Development Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for enterprise learning programs, managing LMS setups, scheduling, material procurement, participant tracking, and reporting. Act as liaison between the learning team and external vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of virtual and in‑person training events. **Expectations:** - Deliver on‑time program support for a 9‑month contract, with possible extension. - Maintain accurate learner records and training documentation. - Resolve learner queries efficiently and report any program issues to senior staff. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule and coordinate talent development programs, including LMS configuration and calendar management. - Order training materials, assign pre‑work, record attendance, send evaluations, issue certificates. - Manage and maintain a shared document repository on SharePoint or equivalent collaboration sites. - Work with the Cornerstone Administrative Lead to optimize system performance for global rollouts. - Produce consistent attendance and evaluation reports for program stakeholders. - Respond to first‑line learner inquiries via shared mailboxes. - Participate in project meetings, raising delivery‑impacting issues to senior learning team members. - Cover enterprise program needs during team vacations as required. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of experience in learning & development coordination. - Proficient in Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred). - Advanced Outlook and Excel skills. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Experience working in global or multi‑location teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with Cornerstone LMS and general LMS platforms is desirable.
