Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
Role Summary: Drive comprehensive quality initiatives across multiple projects, lead and mentor a QA engineering team, define and execute test strategies, and ensure robust test coverage for functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality, defect‑free releases on schedule. • Foster continuous improvement in testing processes and automation. • Communicate quality metrics and improvements to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor QA team, enforcing best practices. 2. Define test strategy, plans, and process improvements. 3. Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing. 4. Drive automation with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright; integrate into CI/CD pipelines. 5. Manage test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr). 6. Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps to embed quality in SDLC. 7. Conduct risk analysis, defect triage, and schedule quality releases. 8. Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to stakeholders. 9. Implement QA standards, metrics, and community initiatives.

Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant QA or automation certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSM) are a plus.
