Job title: Technical Recruiting Sourcer
Role Summary:
Source, attract, and hire top‑tier professionals in Digital, Data, AI, and Technology. Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce priorities and build proactive talent pipelines. Manage end‑to‑end technical recruitment and ensure a superior candidate experience.

- Provide accurate market intelligence and recruitment insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define workforce planning for Digital, Data, AI, and Technology roles.
- Proactively source, engage, and pipeline high‑caliber candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, market mapping, and digital sourcing strategies.
- Manage full lifecycle of technical/digital roles: intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and sustain candidate pipelines across emerging technologies and niche skill‑sets.
- Leverage employer branding, social media, and digital recruitment campaigns to attract talent.
- Deliver market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to business leaders.
- Communicate consistently, transparently, and professionally to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights on sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Stay current on hiring trends, tools, and best practices in technical and digital talent acquisition.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, focused on technical/digital talent.
- Proven track record recruiting for Data, AI, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, Cloud, and related roles.
- Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and other digital recruiting platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and emerging technology trends.
- Excellent relationship‑building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to leverage recruitment analytics and market intelligence.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate care.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant recruiting certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, or Technical Recruiting Certifications) are a plus.
