**Job Title** Healthcare IT Recruiter **Role Summary** Consultant Advisor responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing healthcare IT professionals on contract assignments with hospitals and health systems nationwide. Works closely with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to ensure a seamless full‑cycle recruitment experience and ongoing consultant support through engagement. **Expactations** - 50 outbound candidate calls per day - 2 qualified client submissions per day - 5 net‑new candidates sourced & interviewed weekly - 5 client interviews scheduled weekly - 1 qualified business lead generated weekly **Key Responsibilities** - Source and engage healthcare IT consultants for contract consulting opportunities. - Screen and qualify candidates against client project requirements. - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement. - Maintain accurate candidate and activity data in Applicant Tracking System. - Build and sustain relationships with consultants throughout engagements. - Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client needs and project timelines. - Utilize modern recruiting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sense, Daxtra, MS Teams, etc.). **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience in a fast‑paced environment. - Prior recruiting in Healthcare IT, IT consulting, or professional services preferred. - Strong communication, relationship‑building, and phone skills. - Self‑motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a performance‑driven setting. - Proficiency with recruiting platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams) and cloud‑based tools. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Fair‑market certification or equivalent industry recognition (preferred).
