Job Description

Job Title: Senior Channel Partner Operations Manager Role Summary: Execute and optimize partner program operations in the NAM market, focusing on contract development, quality compliance, analyst engagements, and data privacy auditing. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure partner processes align with legal, quality, and sales expectations. Expactations: Deliver robust partner contracts, maintain quality documentation, support analyst relations, and manage data privacy compliance audits while driving continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop contract terms and business models for indirect sales in the USA. • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Quality to maintain partner processes and approvals. • Archive and manage partner contracts and documents. • Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and schedule partner briefings. • Manage partner audit schedules, nonconformance records, and change‑control procedures. • Plan and coordinate technical analyst engagements and product evaluation events. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Communications on data management processes. • Support annual audits for data privacy compliance of select applications. Required Skills: • 10+ years in channel partner, contract, or quality management. • Strong project prioritization and multi‑project oversight. • Experience with cross‑functional stakeholder management. • Proven track record in process change implementation and outcome measurement. • Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance auditing. Required Education & Certifications: • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Quality, Marketing/Communications, or related field.
