**Job Title:**
ServiceNow Administrator
**Role Summary:**
Senior ServiceNow Administrator responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow environments across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM (CMDB), and integration hubs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support service assurance processes including customer issue management, ticketing, inventory, diagnostics, monitoring, workforce management, and self‑service fulfilment.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integration capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of complex ServiceNow applications.
- Demonstrated communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork in a global delivery context.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB, and Integration Hub modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and other scripted components.
- Design and implement Service Assurance solutions (issue management, ticketing, inventory, diagnostics, monitoring, workforce management, self‑service).
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party applications using out‑of‑the‑box and custom connectors.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow consultants, developers, and clients to capture requirements, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ServiceNow solutions.
- Resolve escalated technical issues and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
**Required Skills:**
- • ServiceNow administration (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, Integration Hub).
- • Scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
- • Integration design (OOTB and custom connectors).
- • Solution design for service assurance platforms.
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder and vendor management.
- • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multi‑stakeholder environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (optional but preferred).
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
