Wealth Management Advisor – Independent
**Role Summary**
Provide independent, personalized wealth‑management advice to private individuals and business leaders throughout France. Design and implement strategies that protect, grow, and transfer wealth, optimize tax and retirement planning, and support business owners in compensation, succession, and growth financing. Build and manage a sustainable client portfolio while continuously learning through structured training and industry updates.
**Expectations**
- Act as a full‑time independent consultant.
- Develop and grow a client base via networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Deliver clear, compassionate, and ethical guidance.
- Adhere to professional standards, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete internal training modules and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of financial products, tax rules, and succession planning.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Client Analysis** – assess financial position, objectives, risk tolerance, and succession needs.
2. **Strategy Design** – create tailored wealth‑management plans covering investment, insurance, real‑estate, tax, and retirement solutions.
3. **Advisory Delivery** – present solutions and implement strategies while ensuring client understanding.
4. **Business Leader Support** – advise on executive compensation, financing, succession, and growth projects.
5. **Portfolio Development** – expand client base through proactive prospecting, networking, and service excellence.
6. **Ongoing Relationship Management** – provide continuous support, monitoring, and periodic strategy reviews.
7. **Professional Development** – participate in structured training, mentorship, and industry research.
