Job Description
**Job Title:** Human Resources Generalist **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across Canada, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders. Deliver HR solutions in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and engagement while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistent, positive employee experiences nationwide. - Coach managers on leadership, performance, and change initiatives. - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies and hiring activities. - Design, implement, and evaluate HR programs (onboarding, performance reviews, engagement). - Conduct fair, impartial workplace investigations. - Maintain eligibility for Canadian Secret Security Clearance and demonstrate strong written and spoken English communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary HR point of contact for staff across multiple regions. - Partner with hiring managers to create and execute recruitment plans, including co‑op cycles. - Lead and support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives. - Develop and deliver onboarding and orientation programs. - Ensure adherence to employment legislation and corporate HR policies. - Perform workplace investigations with professionalism and sound judgment. - Provide HR metrics and reporting as needed for national initiatives. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi‑site environment. - Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building abilities. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on employee experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - CHRP or CPHR designation (or in progress) considered an asset. - Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security Clearance.
