Job title: SD‑WAN Solution Architect (Bilingual – French & English)
**Role Summary**
Design, implement, and migrate Palo Alto Networks Prisma SD‑WAN solutions in enterprise environments. Provide strategic architecture, configuration, and operational oversight for integrated WAN, routing, switching, and security infrastructure, ensuring seamless transition from legacy WAN to SD‑WAN and adherence to security and compliance standards.
**Expectations**
- 7‑10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking and security.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, deliver documentation, and train stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect SD‑WAN topologies, including segmentation, routing, and policy frameworks.
- Configure and deploy Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma SD‑WAN gateways, Cisco routers/switches, VLANs, and QoS.
- Lead migration of traffic and services from legacy WAN (MPLS, internet circuits) to SD‑WAN infrastructure.
- Apply firewall and security changes to meet access and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, SD‑WAN devices, wireless equipment, and related hardware.
- Implement disaster recovery, security policies, and network monitoring (SolarWinds, Dynatrace).
- Create and preserve detailed network design, configuration, and process documentation.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and governance through monitoring and reporting.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, QoS, WAN technologies, and physical networking hardware.
- Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks solutions (PCNSA, PCNSE) and Cisco equipment (CCNA/CCNP).
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, ServiceNow, and Cisco DNA Center.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and people‑management capabilities.
- Ability to translate security and risk concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
- Palo Alto Networks Certified (PCNSA and/or PCNSE).
- CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) is mandatory.
