Job Title: IT Project Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and service‑management projects. Plan scope, schedule, budget, and resources; manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations; facilitate cross‑functional collaboration; and ensure smooth transition of solutions to support teams.
Expactations:
- 5+ years of formal project management experience, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- PMP certification required.
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, storage, cloud (Azure), and SaaS integration.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Conduct regular project team meetings, capture minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Track progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation and adoption plans, ensuring stability and supportability of solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from delivery to support teams.
- Lead, motivate, and foster collaboration within project teams.
- Apply analytical thinking to resolve obstacles and improve delivery efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes and project standards.
