**Job Title** Performance QA Tester – SAP ERP System **Role Summary** Execute end‑to‑end performance tests for SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, Web) using LoadRunner and Performance Center, analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with functional, Basis, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance. **Expactations** - Deliver comprehensive performance testing outputs that meet SLA and non‑functional requirements. - Provide actionable performance improvement recommendations to stakeholders. - Maintain and evolve testing frameworks, scripts, and test data. - Support migrations, cloud transitions, and CI/CD integration of performance tests until near production release. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts (VuGen) for SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, and S/4HANA. - Create load, stress, endurance, and scalability scenarios aligned with business workflows. - Monitor CPU, memory, DB response times, network latency and other key metrics during test runs. - Analyze results, perform root‑cause investigation, and recommend tuning actions. - Produce detailed test reports and executive summaries. - Work with SAP Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to remediate performance issues. - Enhance and maintain performance testing frameworks, libraries, and data sets. - Participate in performance tuning workshops and root‑cause analyses. - Ensure tests align with service level agreements and non‑functional requirements. **Required Skills** - 5+ years experience in performance testing using LoadRunner (including Performance Center and VuGen). - Deep knowledge of SAP architecture, workflow, and integration points. - Experience testing SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, and S/4HANA. - Proficiency with monitoring and analysis tools: SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or equivalent. - SQL expertise, database performance tuning, and network traffic analysis. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Ability to create and maintain automated performance scripts and data sets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience). - LoadRunner certification and/or certifications in performance testing tools (e.g., HP Performance Center, Dynatrace, Splunk). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration is advantageous.
