**Job Title:** DevOps Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and govern secure, scalable, and cost‑effective Azure‑based cloud solutions. Lead migration to hybrid/multi‑cloud environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure as code while ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
**Expectations:**
- 8+ years of Azure PaaS/SaaS experience (IaaS knowledge a plus).
- 5+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform, ARM, Ansible).
- Hands‑on expertise with ≥60 % of listed Azure services.
- Strong scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and produce clear documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define cloud migration strategies for hybrid and multi‑cloud scenarios.
- Architect solutions using Azure services: AKS, App Services, Web/Function/Logic Apps, Storage, SQL, Data Factory, Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus, etc.
- Integrate SaaS platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Implement IaC using Terraform, ARM templates, and Ansible; manage Azure CLI/PowerShell automation.
- Apply security best practices: private endpoints, VNet integration, Azure AD, PIM, and networking hardening.
- Conduct cross‑tenant Azure migrations and support Flask/FastAPI Python APIs.
- Document architecture blueprints, operational procedures, and migration guides.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to development and operations teams.
**Required Skills:**
- Azure PaaS services (AKS, App Services, Web/Function/Logic Apps, Storage, SQL, ADF, Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus).
- IaC: Terraform (primary), ARM templates, Ansible.
- CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash.
- Cloud security & networking (VNet, private endpoints, Azure AD, PIM).
- SaaS administration: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse.
- Data pipelines: Azure Data Factory, SQL pipelines, DACPAC/BACPAC.
- Experience with Flask/FastAPI backend services.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
