Job Description
**Job Title** Cruise Line Food & Beverage Sales Representative **Role Summary** Sales professional responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of cruise line, ferry, and maritime hospitality customers. Drives revenue growth, ensures compliance with food‑safety and export standards, oversees deliveries, and supports pricing and tender responses. **Expectations** - Grow and retain an active customer base. - Secure financial performance of the portfolio. - Contribute to team and company performance targets. - Maintain strict adherence to product traceability and ISO 22000 regulations. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect new cruise line and maritime clients; close new business and increase market share. - Manage pricing, invoicing and profitability for assigned clients. - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet collective goals. - Verify physical deliveries to clients; investigate and report discrepancies. - Record customer feedback and non‑conformities; report to management. - Develop and adjust client‑specific pricing strategies; prepare and respond to tenders (AO). - Track shipment of goods, coordinate with service ports, ensure accurate export documentation. - Respond to on‑board emergencies and coordinate immediate solutions. - Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, food‑safety and export regulations. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in food & beverage, maritime provisioning, or agri‑food sectors. - Strong client‑orientation, negotiation and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; proactive and stress‑resilient. - Fluency in English (mandatory); native French preferred. - Ability to travel up to 10 % of the time (ports of Marseille or Nice). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Licence) or Master’s degree in commerce, logistics, or maritime transport (or comparable). - Knowledge of export regulations and food‑safety certification (ISO 22000 or equivalent) is advantageous. ---
