Job Description
**Job Title:** Lead Engineer – ServiceNow Administrator **Role Summary:** Technical leader responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, with primary focus on Field Service Management (FSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules. Drives integration with ITSM and other systems, ensures platform stability, and guides upgrades while adhering to best‑practice development standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow configurations and customizations. - Provide expert troubleshooting and performance optimization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose enhancements. - Lead technical aspects of platform upgrades and stay current on new ServiceNow features. - Mentor team members and uphold Agile development processes. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Configure and implement ServiceNow FSM module, including workflow automation (Flow Designer), business rules, script includes, etc. 2. Customize FSM agent experience and develop integrations between FSM, ITAM, ITSM, and third‑party systems. 3. Diagnose and resolve complex ServiceNow functional, integration, and performance issues. 4. Analyze requirements, design solutions, and identify improvement opportunities while following coding standards. 5. Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrade cycles and apply emerging best practices. **Required Skills:** - Strong development experience on the ServiceNow platform (script, Flow Designer, business rules). - Proven expertise in FSM and ITAM (SAM/HAM) module configuration and integration. - Solid understanding of ITSM processes and data flows. - Agile methodology experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Problem‑solving and troubleshooting aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum 4 years of relevant technology experience. - Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, FSM or ITAM specialist) and ITIL certification.
