**Job Title:**
Business Intelligence Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide analytics solutions, primarily using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce. Deliver actionable commercial insights, ensure data integrity across integrated systems, and support strategic decision‑making for sales, finance, and operations teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate, real‑time dashboards and reports that drive business performance.
- Maintain high data quality and streamline integration between CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Communicate insights clearly to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build, maintain, and enhance data models, dashboards, and visual reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Optimize Salesforce dashboards to improve visibility of key KPIs for sales reps and leaders.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, ERP, financial, and other operational systems.
- Design KPI‑driven visualizations that support revenue trends, sales performance, and customer analytics.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide commercial analytics, budgeting support, and performance tracking.
- Identify and implement process improvements for dashboard automation and reporting efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, business‑oriented manner.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce dashboard creation/maintenance.
- Expert knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization in Power BI.
- Strong data visualization and design sense, with the ability to create user‑friendly dashboards.
- Analytical thinking with experience in trend analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving and project leadership skills for end‑to‑end analytical initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) and Salesforce analytics or reporting are preferred.
