Job Description: Job Title: GRC Analyst Role Summary: Develop and implement risk policies, standards, and procedures (PSP) aligned with privacy and security frameworks to reduce policy burdens and ensure compliance. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to address audit gaps and align with Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) frameworks. Expactations: Optimize enterprise policy alignment, manage risk-based mitigation strategies, and facilitate collaborative decision-making across compliance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain risk policies aligned with frameworks (e.g., NIST, FERPA, FOIA). - Support Security Accreditation Process Team and ISO in aligning policies with POAMs. - Analyze and reduce policy complexity to streamline compliance across organizational units. - Manage policy changes, risk recommendations, and mitigation planning. - Facilitate cross-functional meetings to determine effective PSP for compliance areas. - Communicate security policies and risk management strategies organization-wide. - Streamline PSP processes to enhance efficiency. Required Skills: - 1-2 years each of experience with CJIS, NIST, FERPA, FOIA, Keylight, system/application security plans, security scanning, and POAMs. - Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in coordinating compliance workflows. - Customer service orientation for stakeholder engagement. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree required.
