Job Description
**Job title** Oracle Fusion Report Developer **Role Summary** Develop, test, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP reporting solutions to address identified gaps, enhance system functionality, and improve user experience. Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to deliver finance‑aligned reports that support operational efficiency. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality reports within tight timelines. - Communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders. - Ensure reports meet finance reporting standards and user requirements. - Proactively identify and resolve reporting gaps to minimize business disruption. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Fusion Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Fusion BI reports. - Conduct gap analysis of existing reports and propose corrective actions. - Collaborate with finance and business users to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Optimize report performance and user interface for enhanced UX. - Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues promptly. - Document report specifications, development steps, and maintenance procedures. - Support user adoption through training materials or brief sessions when needed. **Required Skills** - Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP reporting tools (OAC, BI Publisher, or similar). - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and report authoring. - Knowledge of finance reporting standards and key financial statements. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical report specifications. - Problem‑solving skills with a focus on end‑user impact. - Excellent written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. - Oracle Fusion Analytics Cloud or Oracle BI Publisher certification preferred. - Relevant ERP or financial reporting certifications are a plus.
