Job Title: CRM Administrator Role Summary: Manage and enhance Oracle Service Cloud configuration, user administration, data integrity, and Intelligent Advisor functionality while coordinating mid‑scale projects to align with business goals. Expections: US Citizen, local to specified region, contract type 1099, no C2C or vendor referrals. Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager Role Summary: Contract Scrum Master for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Accounts Receivable and Collections (MDHHS ARC) Project. Coach enterprise‑level financial teams on Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure continuous improvement within a cloud‑first, regulated environment.
