Job Title: Program Manager
Role Summary:
Senior Program Manager responsible for end‑to‑end CX program ownership for premium APJC accounts across AMER and EMEA. Drives adoption of client technologies, ensures value realization, manages program lifecycle, governance, risk, finances, and stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization.
Expectations:
- Own CX outcomes for premium accounts, ensuring service delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Guide cross‑functional teams (programs, projects, engineering, architecture) to achieve strategic goals.
- Partner with senior executives, sales, renewals, and technical leaders to support ARR and services growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, launch, and close programs, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting, and decision‑making processes.
- Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and change impacts.
- Lead stakeholder communication, progress reports, and financial oversight.
- Drive adoption and progression of client solutions; develop training and development plans.
- Foster continuous improvement and integrate best practices across programs.
Required Skills:
- Advanced project/program management, financial & performance reporting, risk & procurement management.
- Leadership, self‑management, strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PMO governance tools.
- Emotional intelligence, adaptability, customer‑centric mindset, and ability to manage difficult conversations.
- Fluency in English (local language proficiency required).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with ≥12 years experience in project/program management, or Master’s degree with ≥8 years experience.
- PMP or equivalent required; Agile certification preferred.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑technology programs with customer‑facing focus.
