Salesforce Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, adhere to best practices, and are delivered on time and within budget.
**Expectations**
- Manage the full project lifecycle for Salesforce initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, administrators, business analysts) using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior management as needed.
- Deliver regular status reports, progress dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
- Oversee QA, UAT, and end‑user training to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, technical designs, and documentation.
2. Serve as the primary communication bridge between business users and IT teams to capture requirements and manage expectations.
3. Conduct risk and issue management reviews, recommending corrective actions.
4. Track project metrics (timeline, budget, scope, quality) and present findings to executive stakeholders.
5. Lead QA and UAT activities, ensuring defects are resolved before go‑live.
6. Facilitate end‑user training sessions and create user reference guides.
**Required Skills**
- Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Experience in data migration, integrations, and SDLC practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT project management experience, including Salesforce implementation projects.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP or CSM; Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
