Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis
**Role Summary**
Lead a team of 8+ Business Systems Analysts within the Core Banking & Payment Technology group, delivering high‑quality business and functional requirements for Everyday Banking and Wealth Management initiatives. Drive productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across projects, while coaching people, managing stakeholder relationships, and enabling transformation through data‑driven decision making.
**Expectations**
- Manage and develop a high‑performance analytics team.
- Achieve measurable improvements in output, cycle time, and delivery quality.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with PMO, Design, Development, and QA.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable system specifications.
- Maintain and evolve metrics dashboards to inform resource allocation and process optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide people leadership: clarify roles, set priorities, deliver coaching, and support career development.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, develop functional specifications, and maintain backlog hygiene.
- Work with business leaders, designers, and project managers to define strategy, options, and trade‑offs.
- Build and maintain dashboards on productivity, cost, demand, supply, and spend.
- Champion change and guide the team through transformation initiatives.
- Ensure requirements awareness of end‑to‑end customer journeys and data flows.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly narratives for all levels.
- Apply AI insights and solution‑design patterns to enhance requirement quality.
- Use Confluence, JIRA, and other collaboration tools to manage artifacts and enable collaboration.
**Required Skills**

- Stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and influence via storytelling.

- Agile & change‑management experience; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of banking systems, payments, and core‑banking environments.
- Basic AI competency, including use of AI tools to enhance product/solution design.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
- Professional certifications preferred: CBAP, PMI‑PBA, CSPO, or PMI‑Agile; or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
