Job Description

Job Title: Product Owner Role Summary Drive product development by coordinating cross‑functional teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of technical and operational solutions. Expectations - Analyze, document, and support technical or operational processes. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, root‑cause issues, and implement solutions. - Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process updates. - Coordinate tasks across multiple teams to meet deadlines. - Attend team meetings, reviews, and cross‑functional discussions. - Communicate with external customers to gather information, clarify requirements, and provide updates. Key Responsibilities - Define and prioritize product backlog items. - Facilitate requirement gathering and clarification sessions with stakeholders. - Produce detailed documentation, including process maps, user stories, and transition guides. - Track progress, identify blockers, and negotiate resource allocation. - Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and quality standards. - Engage in continuous improvement of product and process flows. Required Skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on complex topics. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Clear, professional written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in translating technical information into comprehensible documentation. - Experience coordinating work across technical teams. - Competency with standard office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., documentation tools, spreadsheets, communication tools). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or related field. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in a product ownership, technical product management, or similar role (internship experience acceptable).
