**Job title**: Growth Operations Associate **Role Summary** Execute and scale integrated growth functions—website management, inbound/funnel optimization, marketing automation, SEO, and Clay‑powered workflows—to accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes for a B2B SaaS company in healthcare revenue cycle management. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end ownership of growth initiatives. - Ship hypotheses quickly, iterate through data‑driven testing. - Maintain clean, actionable data across the tech stack. - Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure seamless handoffs and metric alignment. **Key Responsibilities** - Update, optimize, and maintain the company website and landing pages for conversion. - Design, launch, and refine inbound funnels tied to demos, content, and outbound campaigns. - Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, enrichment, email, analytics). - Build automated inbound/outbound workflows, including Clay‑powered account research, enrichment, and segmentation. - Execute on‑page SEO (keyword research, content updates, technical optimizations). - Track performance, run A/B experiments on messaging, pages, and workflows. - Produce clear reports and insights for leadership and sales teams. **Required Skills** - ≥2 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations. - Proven experience with marketing tools and automation (CRM, email, analytics). - Hands‑on experience with Clay or similar enrichment tools. - Understanding of SEO best practices and on‑page fundamentals. - Ability to create, test, and scale automation workflows. - Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders. - Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Optional certifications: HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, Digital Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
