Job title: Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (F/M)
Role Summary:
Lead strategic and operational cybersecurity engagements for large enterprise clients. Deliver end‑to‑end project management, customer‑focused workshops, advanced threat analyses and technology road‑mapping. Influence senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CISO, CSO) to select, pilot, and implement secure architectures and solutions.
Expactations:
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on cybersecurity consulting or project‑management experience.
• Strong analytical, synthetic and written/oral communication skills.
• Consulting mindset: active listening, critical thinking, pragmatic solutions.
• Proficient in French and English (fluent).
• Comfortable engaging technical, business and executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and report on cybersecurity projects, managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Define security road‑maps, scope architectures and benchmark market solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and executive presentations.
• Develop threat modeling, techno‑economic recommendations and concise executive briefings.
• Lead RFPs, proof‑of‑concepts and solution selection phases.
• Monitor cybersecurity trends, innovations and market opportunities.
• Contribute to the firm’s service offering development and pre‑sales support.
Required Skills:
Technical:
- Secure network and infrastructure (SASE, SSE, CASB, CSPM, segmentation, SD‑WAN, cloud security).
- Industrial & IoT security (SCADA architecture, environment protection).
- Operational security (SOC, SIEM, XDR, EDR, incident‑response automation).
- Governance & compliance (ISO 2700X, Zero‑Trust, GDPR, NIS2).
Professional:
- Project management, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, reporting.
- Strategic consulting, road‑mapping, solution evaluation.
- Workshop facilitation and executive engagement.
- RFP and POC execution.
- Research & strategic market monitoring.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s plus 5 years (Bac+5) in cybersecurity, networking, computer science or related field.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM) are desirable.
