Job Title: Sales Account Coordinator
Job Description: Job Title: Sales Account Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate contract and sales order administration, invoicing, trade finance, and logistics for key accounts in a hybrid environment. Deliver day‑to‑day commercial services operations, support contract negotiations, and standardize processes across multiple products. Expactations: * 7‑month full‑time assignment with high likelihood of permanent placement. * Hybrid work model: travel to office 4 days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and process contracts and sales orders accurate and timely. - Generate and manage invoicing and payment collection. - Coordinate trade finance documents and logistics arrangements. - Execute contract negotiations and amendments with key accounts. - Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues. - Maintain and update commercial databases and SAP records. - Standardize processes across product lines and contribute to continual improvement. Required Skills: - Bilingual in English and French. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Experience using SAP for order entry and sales operations. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and products efficiently. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
