**Job Title** Customer Insights Analyst **Role Summary** Translate diverse data sources into actionable insights that guide product and business performance. Partner with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, and other teams to define KPIs, drive measurement strategies, build dashboards, and communicate findings through concise storytelling and recommendations. **Expectations** - 2+ years in analytics or insights, preferably digital/product. - Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Power BI (or equivalent). - Experience with A/B testing design, execution, and evaluation. - Ability to synthesize complex data and deliver stakeholder‑aligned insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Use Adobe Analytics and Power BI to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and support business initiatives. - Conduct trend and driver analyses, quantify impacts, and recommend actionable improvements. - Build, maintain, and standardise KPI‑aligned dashboards and custom reports from multiple data sources. - Advise on success metrics, KPI strategy, and product health indicators across teams. - Collaborate on A/B test design, monitor results, interpret outcomes, and communicate impact via structured storytelling. **Required Skills** - Data analysis, trend and driver identification, impact quantification. - Dashboard design, query development, and performance reporting. - Strong analytical acumen linking insights to business outcomes. - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and persuasive storytelling. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
