Job Description

Job title: ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect Role Summary: Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations and integrations across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cybersecurity, scalability, and resilience. Drive technology transformation toward zero-touch and zero-trust models, mentor architects and developers, and collaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams to define target-state roadmaps and deliver proof-of-concept prototypes. Expectations: - 6+ years in enterprise application or information architecture with recent 5‑year hands‑on ServiceNow experience. - Strong leadership in a fast‑moving, agile environment with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Proven track record of modernizing platforms, migrating to cloud‑native architectures, and building API strategies. - Deep understanding of AWS, APIs, security, and large‑scale technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Architect ServiceNow solutions and cross‑system integrations, promoting reuse and optimization. - Partner with technology and business leaders to set architecture priorities, directions, and roadmaps. - Lead proof‑of‑concepts, prototypes, and feasibility studies for new technology initiatives. - Mentor architects and senior developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement. - Ensure architecture aligns with cybersecurity, resilience, scalability, and availability standards. - Communicate architectural vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels. - Optimize talent strategy to build a high‑performing architecture team. Required Skills: - ServiceNow architecture and implementation expertise. - Strong software engineering background, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications. - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), API design/strategies, and modern integration patterns. - Knowledge of security principles, zero‑trust models, and resilience engineering. - Proven ability to develop technology roadmaps aligned with business goals. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentorship skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Technology or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 6 years in enterprise application or information architecture. - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Integration Specialist).
