**Job Title:** AI Architect / Expert (Remote, Contract)
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and manage end‑to‑end AI model lifecycles for large‑scale language models and compression solutions. Lead research and implementation of advanced neural architectures, ensure model performance, security, and compliance, and drive initiatives toward superintelligence/AGI capabilities.
**Expectations:**
- 10+ years of hands‑on AI/ML experience, especially with LLMs and large unlabeled datasets.
- Proven ability to deliver production‑ready models while monitoring drift and maintaining data integrity.
- Demonstrated expertise in model compression techniques for edge deployment.
- Strong analytical foundation in mathematics, statistics, physics, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract setting and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the full AI model lifecycle: data preparation, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and implement neural architectures (autoencoders, VAEs) for high‑efficiency data compression.
- Apply GANs for hyper‑compression and generate synthetic textures/details.
- Optimize models through pruning, quantization, and knowledge distillation for edge execution.
- Develop and maintain probabilistic and autoregressive models for entropy‑based data prediction.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other security standards throughout model handling.
- Contribute to research and roadmap toward Artificial Superintelligence / AGI capabilities.
- Document architectures, procedures, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow (advanced proficiency).
- Neural architecture design: autoencoders, VAEs, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers.
- Model compression: pruning, quantization, knowledge distillation, hyper‑compression GANs.
- Statistical modeling, probability theory, entropy modeling.
- Strong programming in Python; familiarity with large‑scale data pipelines.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, research, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, PyTorch Certified Practitioner) are a plus but not mandatory.
