Job Description
Job Title: Data Center Service Engineer Role Summary: On‑site engineer responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Dell servers and data‑center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and rapid resolution of hardware, firmware, and OS issues. Expectations: Deliver hands‑on support for enterprise data‑center environments, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, participate in on‑call rotations, and document work. Key Responsibilities: • Provide on‑site support for Dell servers and data‑center systems. • Build, swap, replace components, and update firmware; perform hardware maintenance. • Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating‑system issues, escalating when necessary. • Execute preventive maintenance per established procedures. • Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events. • Document activities and share knowledge with the team. • Participate in on‑call rotation and provide extended coverage as required. Required Skills: • 3–5+ years of field service or data‑center technical support experience. • Hands‑on knowledge of server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.). • Experience with Linux or similar operating systems. • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. • Independent on‑site work with clear customer communication. • Willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI platforms. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites. Job Description
Job title: Instructional Developer Role Summary: Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end training solutions that enable user adoption of new Finance processes and systems. Collaborate with SMEs, change leads and business units to deliver high‑quality learning materials and train‑the‑trainer sessions, ensuring alignment with program goals and quality standards. Expectations: - Deliver complete training artifacts on schedule and within budget. - Maintain high quality by applying adult learning theories, ADDIE principles, and current industry best practices. - Proactively identify risks, dependencies and provide mitigation recommendations to the Training Lead. - Facilitate continuous improvement of training through feedback, pilot runs and post‑delivery evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training needs analysis with functional change leads and SMEs. - Define learning objectives, create storyboards and recommend appropriate delivery mechanisms. - Design, produce and revise curriculum, e‑learning modules, instructor‑led content and job aids for Finance subjects. - Create and update Detailed Development Design plan using the ADDIE model. - Manage SME review schedules and maintain development timeline. - Perform quality control of instructional design work from peers. - Deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions and support trainers during delivery. - Revise training based on pilot feedback to close learning gaps. - Identify and communicate risks, recommend mitigants. - Conduct knowledge transfer and transition activities to sustain training in the organization. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE process, program design and online/instructor‑led learning best practices. - Expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), PowerPoint, Word and familiarity with Vyond, Camtasia, ClipChamp or similar video tools. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create clear, concise learning materials and deliver presentations. - Collaboration, teamwork with OCM leads, change specialists, SMEs and training logistics coordinators. - Critical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure. - Agile, initiative‑driven, able to work in fast‑paced environments. - Financial subject matter knowledge preferred; experience in ERP (SAP, Maximo, Oracle Cloud) and Finance modules.
