Job Description: Job title: Instructional Developer Role Summary: Design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end training solutions that enable user adoption of new Finance processes and systems. Collaborate with SMEs, change leads and business units to deliver high‑quality learning materials and train‑the‑trainer sessions, ensuring alignment with program goals and quality standards. Expectations: - Deliver complete training artifacts on schedule and within budget. - Maintain high quality by applying adult learning theories, ADDIE principles, and current industry best practices. - Proactively identify risks, dependencies and provide mitigation recommendations to the Training Lead. - Facilitate continuous improvement of training through feedback, pilot runs and post‑delivery evaluation.
