**Job Title**
ServiceNow Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end management of a complex, multi‑department program within a global technology infrastructure environment. Oversee integration of work streams, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery aligned with enterprise change management and banking industry standards.
**Expectations**
- Deliver program objectives on time, within scope and budget.
- Act as primary liaison across Lines of Business and enterprise partners.
- Maintain rigorous change management compliance for all initiatives.
- Provide clear, data‑driven status reporting to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, scope documents, and communication artifacts.
- Coordinate LOB and partner resources, manage dependencies, critical path, and risk.
- Drive Enterprise Change Management processes and obtain necessary approvals.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews) in collaboration with Release Train Engineer, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable JIRA epics, stories, and deliverables.
- Produce progress reports, stakeholder presentations, and dashboards (PowerPoint, JIRA Align, Portfolio Plans).
- Facilitate senior‑level reviews of current state analysis, integration of work streams, and budget oversight.
- Ensure all program outputs meet ServiceNow platform best practices, especially ServiceNow SPM.
- Foster cross‑functional communication, problem solving, and customer focus throughout program lifecycle.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project/program management experience in banking/financial services.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow, preferably ServiceNow SPM.
- Strong Agile and SAFe experience: PI Planning, Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, Jira expert.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in enterprise change management, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Analytical and documentation proficiency (PowerPoint, JIRA dashboards, status reports).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Platform Administrator, SPM) desirable.
