Job Title: Manager, Sales Development (EMEA)
Role Summary: Lead and scale a high‑performance team of SDRs across Enterprise and Strategic segments to drive top‑of‑funnel pipeline. Focus on hiring, coaching, process design, and culture for complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles without carrying an individual quota.
Expectations: Deliver a consistently sized, quality pipeline; foster a disciplined, executive‑ready SDR team; partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine ICP, conversion, and forecast accuracy; maintain data‑driven performance metrics and NPS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs in EMEA.
- Define and enforce outbound execution standards, pipeline quality and qualification rigor.
- Coach SDRs through multi‑threaded outreach, executive engagement, and stakeholder mapping.
- Conduct regular 1:1s for skill development, performance management, and career progression.
- Manage daily activities, quota attainment, and high‑performing culture across the team.
- Partner cross‑functionally to align ICP, pipeline strategy, and conversion objectives.
- Report team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, tooling, and enablement programs.
- Design and deliver enablement programs to develop SDRs into world‑class sellers.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years managing a sales development team in a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in quota‑carrying sales, preferably enterprise.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles.
- Strong coaching, motivating, and skill‑development capabilities.
- Polymath mindset: comfort with Salesforce data analysis, process optimization, and high‑energy coaching.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
- Data‑driven decision making, trend identification, and system improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Certification in Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.)
