**Job title**
Healthcare Project Manager / Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage healthcare projects focused on payer, Medicaid, and Medicare initiatives. Bridge business and technical teams, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
**Expectations**
- Local to the Philadelphia area and able to work onsite at the CC Phoenix office three days a week.
- No sponsorship or C2C arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies to plan, execute, and close projects.
- Independently manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and issues.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, status reports, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and gap analyses.
- Create business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI reports.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams to define deliverables, acceptance criteria, and transition plans.
- Use PMO processes and tools to track progress, manage baselines, and report metrics.
- Support data extraction and analysis for decision‑support dashboards.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of project management in healthcare payer or reimbursement environments.
- Strong command of Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall practices.
- Experience with PPM tools such as MS Project, Clarity, or equivalent.
- Project budgeting, financial forecasting, and PMO reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project‑management certification preferred.
