Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst Role Summary: Extracts, cleans, and analyses data to deliver actionable insights and support business decisions, while designing impactful visualizations and dashboards. Expactations: - Deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations that influence product and customer‑experience outcomes. - Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and presentation across all analytical deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Lead initiatives to clarify business requirements for data projects with client teams. - Define metrics, design ETL workflows, and integrate new reference data sources. - Extract, transform, and engineer data for analytical use. - Interpret data, formulate hypotheses, and develop analytical approaches aligned with business goals. - Create customer‑readable reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and similar tools. - Visualize and present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, facilitating decision‑making. - Ensure reports and dashboards are elegant, scalable, and industry‑leading. Required Skills: - Native or fluent communication in English (reading, writing, speaking). - Advanced data analysis, interpretation, and presentation capabilities. - Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and prioritization under pressure. - Mastery of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles. - Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R. - Expertise in data visualization design and implementation (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc.). - Effective oral and written communication, including explaining complex technical concepts across organizational levels. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 10+ years of experience in a data platform/data‑analysis environment and 10+ years in customer‑facing product/services roles.
