**Job Title** Store Director – Flagship Retail **Role Summary** Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a Zara Home flagship store, driving sales performance, customer experience, and team development. Manage store KPIs, visual merchandising, inventory, and staff performance while upholding the brand’s standards and strategic objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent sales growth and profitability against set targets. - Foster a high‑energy, customer‑centric culture among the team. - Translate corporate strategy into effective local execution. - Maintain brand integrity through visual standards, store layout, and product knowledge. - Develop staff capabilities and succession pathways. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Team Leadership** – Recruit, coach, and evaluate store staff; promote a collaborative environment focused on service excellence. 2. **Sales & KPI Management** – Monitor daily sales, gross margin, inventory levels, and other key metrics; report performance to regional leadership. 3. **Store Operations** – Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, compliance with health & safety, and store cleanliness. 4. **Visual Merchandising** – Implement visual standards and seasonal plans; ensure product placement drives traffic and conversion. 5. **Inventory Control** – Manage stock replenishment, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction. 6. **Customer Experience** – Resolve escalated issues, gather feedback, and maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers and talent. 7. **Strategic Implementation** – Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches in alignment with corporate strategy. **Required Skills** - Proven retail management experience (≥3 years) in a fast‑moving consumer environment. - Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management capabilities. - Analytical mindset: comfortable with sales data, KPI dashboards, and trend analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English. - Solid knowledge of fashion retail trends and consumer behavior. - Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent. - Professional certification in Retail Management or related field preferred.
