**Job Title**
HR Technology Systems Support Coordinator (1‑Year Contract)
**Role Summary**
Provide technical support, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise HR systems (Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, CompLogix) while developing AI‑enabled tools and automation to improve HR processes and analytics.
**Expections**
- Deliver day‑to‑day HR technology support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and People Operations to configure and optimize systems.
- Build and maintain chatbots/AI agents for tier‑1 support.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
- Contribute to integrations, reporting, testing, and deployment of new features.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and CompLogix.
- Configure and maintain HR platforms, including data interfaces and automation projects.
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Workday, Domo, or Excel.
- Develop, test, document, and deploy new features, updates, and integrations.
- Create AI agents and chatbots to automate employee/manager support.
- Conduct data integrity audits and monitor compliance with privacy regulations.
- Research emerging technologies and AI applications to enhance system performance.
**Required Skills**
- Technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise HR systems.
- Proficient with data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Workday Report Writer).
- Experience building chatbots or AI applications (ChatGPT, Claude, Dialogflow, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integrations.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Awareness of data privacy and compliance standards (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in systems support, systems analysis, or HR tech roles (internships count).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday, ADP) are a plus but not required.
