Job Description
Job title: Associate Developer, IT Enterprise Business Systems Role Summary: A technical role within the Enterprise Business Systems team focused on extending, maintaining, and supporting SaaS applications (CRM, ERP, etc.) used by internal departments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customizations, developing code (Apex, SQL, stored procedures, ETL), building UI automations, ensuring data quality, and maintaining system integrity and security. Expactations: • 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in software development, enterprise business systems, or a related technical role (internships/co‑ops considered). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Detail oriented, customer‑focused, and capable of multitasking. • Critical thinker who can navigate complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Resolve Level 2 support tickets for customizations and integrations. • Develop, maintain, and optimize Apex code, stored procedures, database structures, and ETL processes. • Build and refine complex UI‑based automations (e.g., SFDC Flow, Certinia Foundations Mappings, Workato). • Create and maintain documentation for customizations, interfaces, data stores, transport technologies, and source data. • Validate customizations and integration processes in test environments. • Conduct unit and QA testing. • Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of SaaS applications and integrations. • Ensure system integrity and security, monitoring compliance and performance. Required Skills: • Apex and/or SQL proficiency. • Experience with Salesforce platform configuration and low‑code automation tools (Flow, Lightning components). • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP platforms. • Knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService). • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Ability to troubleshoot, plan, and implement solutions autonomously. • Experience with ETL processes and database design. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
