**Job title:** Head of Category Management, UK
**Role Summary:**
Lead the UK Category function, defining strategy, vision, and end‑to‑end agenda across channels and customers. Drive shopper‑centric growth, deliver data‑driven insights, and serve as the trusted category advisor to senior customers while leading a high‑performance team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define, lead, and execute the UK Category vision across product, channel, customer, and occasion.
2. Build and nurture senior relationships with priority customers, acting as trusted category advisor.
3. Develop and launch shopper‑marketing plans in partnership with customer marketing.
4. Serve as subject‑matter expert on market, category, and consumer trends; deliver regular analytical reports.
5. Champion advanced insight and analytics to inform strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
6. Ensure all plans deliver a “triple win” for Bacardi, its customers, and consumers.
7. Influence internal strategy with commercial leads, consumer/consumer marketing, and RGM.
8. Translate shopper insights into actionable strategies for assortment, space, pricing, and promotion with clear commercial targets.
9. Create category principles for range, merchandising, and menu recommendations.
10. Build, coach, and elevate a high‑performing category team in an inclusive, insight‑led culture.
11. Develop and deliver selling stories and thought leadership to strengthen brand influence across trade.
12. Upskill commercial teams, providing tools for a consultative category selling approach.
**Required Skills:**
* Significant FMCG category, marketing, or commercial experience with proven leadership of category vision.
* Deep UK Grocery category knowledge and understanding of shopper and retailer dynamics.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and capability‑building skills.
* Advanced analytical abilities and comfort interpreting large data sets.
* Proven stakeholder management at senior customer and executive levels.
* Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
* High motivation, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
