**Job Title:** Contract Manager – IT **Role Summary:** Dynamic, autonomous consultant responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for IT services within a large enterprise. The role involves drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance and mitigating contractual risks. **Expectations:** - Proactive and energetic attitude in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Adaptability to varied professional contexts. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts with clients and vendors. - Track contract performance and ensure all obligations are met. - Identify contractual risks and recommend corrective actions. - Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting. **Required Skills:** - Contract drafting, analysis, and negotiation expertise. - Knowledge of IT service procurement and vendor management. - Risk identification and mitigation capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - High level of organization and attention to detail. - English fluency; French proficiency advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bac + 4/5 (Master’s level) in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a university, business school, or engineering school. - Relevant certifications in contract management or procurement (e.g., CPM, CIPS) are a plus.
