Job Description

Job title: Junior/Mid‑Level Software Engineer (Platform) Role Summary: Design, build and maintain core application infrastructure such as authentication, RBAC, logging and monitoring, while improving developer experience through pipelines, tooling and monorepo adoption. Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support rapid feature delivery and enterprise onboarding. Expectations: Deliver robust, scalable platform components; proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies; communicate effectively across teams; take ownership of code and deployments; adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance application infrastructure (auth, RBAC, logging, monitoring). - Optimize deployment pipelines, local/remote tooling, and CI/CD workflows (Docker, GitHub Actions, cloud CLI). - Transition repositories to a monorepo to reduce build times. - Build feature‑flag mechanisms for safe feature rollouts. - Package reusable tooling for internal use. - Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams on joint projects and troubleshooting. - Provide knowledge sharing and best‑practice guidance throughout the organization. - Support enterprise customers’ platform integration needs as the product scales.
